Pain is localised to the end of the collar bone and all movement generally aches. There is a swelling or step in the joint at the end of the collar bone.
Can be wear & tear or overuse or both causing calcified tendinitis
It is painful to reach behind your back. Front crawl swimming or throwing is painful.
Typically aged over 40.
The shoulder feels weak and unstable. The front of the shoulder is painful when you try to raise the arm in front against resistance.
You possibly have pain down to your wrist but you have no pain if the movement is resisted.
