Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our aim is to delight our clients and as part of that, we recognise that for personal reasons you may wish to cancel a booked appointment that has been paid in full in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request, subject to the following:

If you provide us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full. Where such a cancellation needs to be when we are closed due to bank holidays, shutdowns or weekends, then provided that message is left at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund you in full. We will contact you as soon as possible thereafter to arrange your full refund on the card you made the payment. Alternatively, you can call us at your earliest convenience.

If a cancellation is not provided with at least 24 hours notice in advance, then the payment is forfeited in full. If, without 24 hours notice in advance, you do not turn up for your appointment, your payment is forfeited in full.
